Biography
Coming alongside others to achieve their goals is a lifelong journey. My passion is helping ministry leaders and people find freedom in Christ.
I've worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for over 25 years in training, developing skills, and improving decision-making practices.
Since retiring in 2018, I have devoted my time to intentional conversations, leading others in transformative practices and spiritual formation, and serving as a certified Spirit-Led Coach.
I prefer to be with clients as they discuss their thoughts, feelings, and ideas. I like to ask thoughtful, strategic, deeper questions to draw out their perspective, and then, we walk through the options together.
We are members of several Global Member Care Networks and Coaching/Shepherding support groups.
I am married, with two grown and married daughters and six grandchildren.
We've experienced blessings, disappointment, rejection, hard work, divine provision, and God's mercy, grace, and community.
We've been in many ministry roles and understand the needs of supporting ministers and their families.
I enjoy travel and adventures, especially hiking trails to waterfalls or finding a great diner or cafe.
We are based in Spokane, WA, but live full-time in an RV. I prefer to meet in person and will coordinate visits based on my travel schedule. I also appreciate the functionality of meeting online.
My rates are flexible around $50-$75
